I found the coffee maker made a noise only, and did not brew the coffee at the first time for use
1. Please check the red rubber plug is remove or not
2. Check the water tank is placed properly
3. Add purified water until the MIN line is exceeded
Still noisy but not working? This is the key to “wake up” until it pumps water
1. Press the POWER button
2. Turn the STEAM KNOB to max until it pumps water
3. Turn the STEAM KNOB to off and your machine is ready to use
I found that the power button flash 5 times before every use,why?
This means that your coffee maker has brewed 500 times and needs to be descaled
You can follow the steps for descaling according to the instruction manual
These accessories ( Portafilter / Filters ) are dishwasher safe?
