For the cost of this thing (almost a thousand bucks) I've had a terrible experience with both the manufacturer and asurion. If it breaks the manufacturer will fix it but you have to spend 60 dollars to get it to them. Assurions insurance will do nothing for you except refer you to the manufacturer. Less than a month and this thing broke down. Then more than a week for them to send me the email I need to fill out for the repair. Still have not gotten it! I wouldn't waste my money.

So far so good. Nice slick machine. Definitely worth the price. This the second machine. The first one started leaking after 1 week. Contacted Amazon and sent the replacement.
With that said only had it for few weeks. I Use it 4-6 time a day, makes good coffee, especially with the choices you have.
Didn’t give 5 star only because the first one only failed after 1 week, quality escape.
Secondly, they say you have 19 different cup, not true when some of the options are doubles. Example, Espresso / double expresse., the machine only makes 1 at a time.
Not counting the water and the milk you only have about 8 different cup.
So far so good.

A month past the return date. Machine will not dispense coffee only water. Customer service is hard to reach and has been unable to resolve my issues. This was more than $900 investment and huge disappointment.
Company will not issue refund. I have been asked to pay $60 to send in for repairs.
Hard pass on Magi, I highly suggest you find another brand.

As avid coffee drinkers, we were excited to bring the Zulay Magia Super Automatic Espresso Maker into our home, hoping it would curb our daily café stops. And while it delivers a rich, customizable coffee experience, it’s not without quirks that make it more of a luxury than a daily driver.
The machine itself is striking—sleek and modern—but larger than expected for a standard countertop. Its rubber feet keep it stable, though accessing the rear water reservoir is a bit of a hassle. We added felt pads to slide it more easily, which helped. Bean refills are infrequent, and the grounds disposal system is simple, though it fills quickly depending on how the pucks stack. It does leak grounds all over, inside, and leaves a bit of a mess which is hard to clean up easily.
Cleaning is mostly automated, but we’ve learned to keep a cup under the spout to catch rinse water—makes cleanup easier. The milk caddy is a nice touch, especially with its cold storage and viewing window, but we’ve gravitated toward using a glass of milk for convenience and less waste.
Customization is where this machine shines. With 19 drink options (though many are variations of the same), you can tweak everything from strength to temperature. That said, the temperature setting doesn’t hold between uses, and even at its hottest, the coffee cools quickly—my biggest gripe as someone who loves a piping hot cup.
The included stainless steel cups are a nice bonus, though we haven’t used them. The hot water and milk foam features are great for tea and kid-friendly drinks. I do wish there was a simple black coffee or iced coffee option, as I still rely on a separate pot for my daily brew.
After a few months, the novelty has worn off, and we use it a few times a week—likely more in colder months. If you’re someone who enjoys specialty drinks daily, this machine could be a great value. For us, it’s a beautiful, capable machine that makes a great cup of coffee, but not quite a full replacement for our usual routine.

I’m incredibly impressed with the Zulay Magia Super Automatic Espresso Machine. I have been looking for a fully customizable, user friendly machine that delivers consistent, barista quality drinks at home, and I was lucky to find that this one checks all the boxes. It took me a ehile to test the machine and come up with the following review-
Design & Build Quality:
The silver finish gives it a modern, premium look that fits beautifully into any kitchen setup. It has a solid, sturdy feel without being overly bulky. The touchscreen interface is bright, intuitive, and makes navigating all the features a breeze.
Coffee Customization (19 Options):
This machine truly shines when it comes to customization. It offers 19 fully adjustable drink options including espresso, latte, cappuccino, flat white, macchiato, americano, and more. You can easily tweak coffee strength, grind size, milk foam level, temperature, and water volume. Once you dial in your favorite settings, you can save them for future use which is super convenient for households with multiple coffee preferences.
Built in Grinder:
The integrated grinder is quiet and efficient. You can adjust the grind size to suit your taste, whether you prefer a stronger espresso or a smoother latte. I love that it grinds fresh beans for every cup which makes a huge difference in flavor and aroma.
Milk Foam System:

Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of.
