What are the common reasons the product does not work after receipt?

Usually, it is due to incorrect assembly of the product. You can refer to the installation guide video we uploaded on the product detail page to quickly start your juicing time.

The machine is stuck and cannot be disassembled or installed?

Due to the safety lock design, the feed chute lid must be kept open during disassembly or installation. Also, please ensure that the juice outlet and the knob are on the same side during installation. If needed, please watch the video we uploaded.

Can the product be cleaned in a dishwasher?

Yes, it can be placed in a dishwasher. But the dishwasher temperature should not exceed 60°C (140°F).

How is the juice yield?

It depends on the type and freshness of the fruits and vegetables you are juicing. Fresh, whole apples and chopped celery have been tested to provide a higher juice yield.

Can it be used outside the United States?

This product can only be used in a 120V, 60Hz environment. If you are outside the U.S., please use a proper transformer rather than a plug converter to connect the machine.
