What may cause the device switch off suddenly? What are the corresponding solutions?
Device has 30-min auto timer, so will switch off suddenly when the timer runs out. Continue using by pressing the power button. And it may swithch off suddenly when overheat protection activated after long time use, pls let it cool down 15-30 mins.
How to do if device is fail to start?
Check if adapter is plugged into socket; Check if adapter outlet is connected to device power inlet wire; Check if device have been used for more than 30 mins. If so, let device rest for 15 mins before continuing.
How long does it take to feel the heat?
It takes 3 mins to feel the gentle warmth and it takes 30mins to feel the max heat 140 ℉.
Why does the massager make noise during use? Is it defective?
