Ketut Sulastri

I’m Ketut Sulastri, a hardworking and happy woman from Bali, born to construction worker parents. To help pay for school, I started working as a silversmith from a young age, learning the craft by watching others. By 15, I was taking orders and creating my own designs, blending traditional Balinese art with modern jewelry trends. Ten years later, I opened a small shop to sell my creations, which improved my life and allowed me to help others. Today, I have 20 women from my neighborhood, mostly homemakers, who assist me. We use sterling silver, gemstones, beads, and manual tools to create our jewelry. I hope more people will support my designs so I can provide more opportunities for women.
