Fits 6-Inch Foam Rollers – The PRO-ROLLER Arch attaches to any 6″ diameter firm to low density foam roller or can be used on its own as a block, cushion, positioning tool and more.
Versatile Tool: The soft yet durable professional-grade EVA foam PRO-ROLLER Arch can be used to increase the instability of a foam roller, as a Pilates prop, yoga prop, a block, cushion, or a positioning prop to improve posture on an OPTP Foam Roller.
Relieves Neck Tension: Place across the top of a 6” diameter foam roller to raise the head 2¼″ which helps prevent hyperextension of the cervical spine. Or use to cradle the head while using a Pilates Reformer/Cadillac.
Stability Challenge: Place multiple Arches under a foam roller to raise the center of gravity. The instability increases the level of challenge during strength and balance movements including pelvic tilts, spine rolls, abdominal curls and more.
