Gourmet, lightweight cast-iron frypan is 35% lighter than traditional cast-iron fry pans, while offering uncompromising cooking performance. Nitrided surface treatment helps to prevent corrosion. Polished interior and exterior bottoms perform on all cooking surfaces, from a campfire to an induction stove. Designed and manufactured to last generations.
