What is our cast iron cookware made from?

We use 2 ingredients: premium cast iron and kosher, non-GMO European flaxseed oil. All our cast iron is made 100% in-house.

How do I maintain Victoria cast iron cookware?

Hand-wash the cookware using hot water and mild dish soap and dry it with a towel. Rub a thin layer of oil on the cookware and store it in a cool, dry place.

What makes Victoria products unique?

Our cookware is made without PTFE, PFAS, and other “forever chemicals.” It comes preseasoned with flaxseed oil for better-tasting food.

SILICONE CAST IRON–HANDLE COVER: The Victoria handle cover is another tool to improve your cast iron cookware experience. Custom-made to fit Victoria skillets, this silicone sleeve can withstand up to 450°F/230°C and helps protect your hands from hot pan handles. It is available in small and large sizes.
PREMIUM SILICONE DESIGN: This handle cover is made from high-quality heat-resistant silicone material. It’s designed with inside grooves to help the handle holder keep a good grip for slip-free use, and it’s dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
EASY TO USE: Pair the right cover with the right pan-handle size for the perfect fit. Don’t let fire burn the sleeve, and don’t leave the cover on the handle while the pot or pan is in the oven. The small covers fit 6.5″–8″ Victoria skillets, and the large covers fit 10″–12″ Victoria skillets. You can also use the small cover on the 10-inch Victoria skillets if you prefer a snugger fit.
VERSATILE COOKING TOOL: This silicone pot holder not only helps protect your hands while you cook, but it also helps you safely transfer pots and skillets from the oven or stove burner to your tabletop, making serving simple.
