Originally I ordered the 9" loops because I thought the 12" would be too large based on the measurements they suggest. I'm 5'7" and 130lbs and the 9" loops are too small for me to use during most of the workouts but the 12" are perfect.
After having these for about a month I can feel the difference in my leg strength between when I first started using them and now.
I don't have any issues with them rolling up on me like a lot of reviewers said. As long as you make sure you get the right size for your body, you should be fine. They seem to be pretty solid, meaning I've done quite a few exercises and haven't seen signs of them ripping.
My only issue (and I'm pretty sure it's me and not the loops) is that during certain workouts I can't get the 12" loops to stay around my foot. They constantly slide off the toe of my shoes. But that's where I'm glad I kept the 9" loops. My shoes don't have that dedicated indent below the ball of my foot so there's nothing to hold the loops in place. However, with the smaller loops I don't have as many issues.
All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend these.
